Trip Park: The Kitchen Sink (A wide variety of works by North Carolina artist Trip Park) 

The Sportsman's Gallery is pleased to present new works by Trip Park from March 2nd through April 6th. Based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, Park has taken a winding path to find paint and canvas. He began in advertising as an art director, then moved on to children's book illustrations and cartoons. It wasn't until his wife asked him to paint for her retail interior design shop walls that his new obsession took over completely. Park's paint splattered canvases toe the line between real-life and fantasy. They vary in size and subject and are bursting with color. In conjunction with the art walk hosted by the Charleston Gallery Association, The Sportsman's Gallery will feature a body of works that is not to be missed.
