On April 6, 2018 Miller Gallery opens their newest solo exhibition featuring roster artist, Dixie Purvis.

“Abstract work presents both a challenge and an opportunity by posing possibilities but no answers; allowing the viewer to come to their own conclusions”, explains Purvis. 

Purvis' large, abstracted oil paintings express fluidity, energy, and motion. The push and pull on her birch panels is charged by intentional mark making. An acclaimed painter, she explores new possibilities in an array of color in her newest series.
